The Crookston Planning Commission will have a meeting on Monday, May 13 at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room at City Hall. The meeting is to discuss a variance request for the new First Community Credit Union building proposed on North Acres Drive.
The variance request is to have the building setback just 36 feet from North Acres Drive while City Ordinance calls for a 50-foot setback. The lot the building will be on was platted in 1979, while the City Ordinance was created in 1995.
First Community Credit Union will hold its groundbreaking for the new building on Tuesday, May 21 at 2:00 p.m.
