Crookston Public Schools is holding a Community Input Session for their strategic planning process on Tuesday, April 23 at 5:30 p.m. in the Crookston High School commons. Seventeen senior girls at Crookston High School participated in a self-defense class. This is the sixth year that Leo Club Advisor Linda Morgan has organized the event. The class was instructed by Don Rasicot, Melanie Lessard, Cathy LaJesse, Tiffini Broden and Linda Morgan.
The Crookston American Legion Nels T Wold Post 20 celebrated their 100th Birthday on Friday, April 12. Seniors from around the community enjoyed breakfast this morning at Crookston High School served by the Leo Club. And they attended the Crookston High School performance of “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.”
Crookston High School played host Wednesday afternoon to 134 students from 11 schools in northwest Minnesota for the MSHSL Region 8A Visual Arts Festival.
