POWER RESTORED

UPDATE 7/15/19 9:30 p.m.  Power has been restored in the northeast end of Crookston.  Original Story Otter Tail Power has reports of a large number of homes without power on the northeast end of Crookston.  Crews have been dispatched.  However, at this time, they do not know what has caused the outage or the timeframe
