POLK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SET PRELIMINARY TAX LEVY, RECEIVE CARES ACT UPDATE

The Polk County Commissioners voted to set the preliminary tax levy for 2021 at 4.938 percent at their meeting on Tuesday. FOSSTON MAN AIRLIFTED TO FARGO AFTER MOTORCYCLE CRASH

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a motorcycle accident with injuries on Friday, September 4 at 7:40 p.m. on 9th Street NW near the intersection of Mark Avenue North in the City of Fosston.  The accident was reported after a motorcycle struck a tree.  Polk County deputies arrived and identified the driver
