MANVEL MAN DIES IN GRAND FORKS ROLLOVER EARLY TUESDAY

UPDATE 3/3/2020 3:07 p.m. The deceased male in the previously reported crash has been identified as Joel Schram (26 years old) of Manvel, North Dakota.  It does not appear as though Schram was utilizing any of the vehicle’s safety restraints, and it is unknown at this time if alcohol or drugs contributed to the crash.
