The Crookston High School held its National Honor Society banquet on November 27th. There were 12 new members inducted. Seniors inducted were Caden Boike, Coral Brekken, Katelyn Christensen, and Nashalie Tellez. Crookston High School’s Halle Winjum signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball for the University of Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles. Winjum is the daughter of Chris and Leah Winjum. Winjum is a three-sport athlete and has gone to state in tennis, was named all-state honorable mention in girl’s basketball, and finished fourth place
