The Lions RibFest was a hot ticket Thursday night with more than 1,900 ribs sold in about one hour and twenty minutes. Five local businesses participated in this years RibFest; B&E Meats, Crookston Inn, Erickson’s Smokehouse, Irishman’s Shanty, and RBJs. Mark Erickson and Erickson’s Smokehouse won the RibFest trophy for the second year in a
