The Miss Tootsie Pageant was held Friday night at the Crookston Eagles with an “80s” theme. 2018 Miss Tootsie, Tequila Rose (Bernie Ibarra), crowned the new 2019 Miss Tootsie Biscuits and Gravy (Tyler Brekken), and winner of the On-Stage Question, Evening Gown, and People’s Choice.
