Bobby Baird has filed for reelection to the Crookston City Council in an at-large seat. Baird filed currently holds the at-large position on the council. ONE ADDITIONAL CANDIDATE FILES FOR CITY COUNCIL

Jake Fee currently representing Ward 1 has filed to run for City Council again. He joins Clayton Briggs in Ward 3, and Joe Kresl in Ward 5 as the only people who have filed affidavits for candidacy for the November election.  Fee won the 2016 election in Ward 1 defeating Lynda Kenney and Marcia Meine.

CROOKSTON CITY COUNCIL APPROVES POLICE-WORN BODY CAMERAS FOR USE

The Crookston City Council on Monday night approved the policy regarding police-worn body cameras for the Crookston Police Department. No one spoke during a public hearing on the body cameras, and then the Council adopted the plans unanimously. CROOKSTON CITY COUNCIL SELECTS FOUR FINALISTS FOR CITY ADMINISTRATOR POSITION

The Crookston City Council had a special meeting Tuesday night in the Crookston City Council Chambers in the lower level of Crookston City Hall to select the finalists for the City Administrator position.
