Crookston 3rd Grade Girls Basketball win Consolation Championship at TRF

The Crookston Third Grade Girls basketball team went 2-1 and finished consolation champs at the Thief River Falls tournament on Friday. Crookston lost to Roseau in the first round game, but bounced back to beat Warren-Alvarado-Oslo and Badger/Greenbush-Middle River to win the consolation championship. TWO CROOKSTON SISTERS REEL IN MASSIVE FISH DURING A FISHING TRIP IN CANADA

Sisters June Larson, age 7, and Hattie Larson, age 10, of Crookston, went fishing with their dad and grandpa in Canada at Cross Lake near Grand Rapids, Manitoba and caught some tremendous fish. OUR SAVIOR’S LUTHERAN SCHOOL CELEBRATES NATIONAL LUTHERAN SCHOOLS WEEK

The students at Our Savior’s Lutheran School has been celebrating National Lutheran Schools Week this week.  There are over 2,000 Lutheran schools across the United States participating with the main theme for the week.  The theme is Joy: Fully Lutheran, they learned, played, and grew together through many different lessons and activities throughout the week.
