Ten students and two alumni from Our Savior’s Lutheran School participated in the Minnesota North Lutheran Schools Bible Bowl competition in Walker, MN, on Saturday, March 4. The competition consisted of six rounds of intense Bible quizzing. The 4th, 6th, and 7th-grade teams placed 3rd in their groups. The 5th-grade team placed 2nd.
Students at Our Savior’s Lutheran School celebrated National Lutheran Schools Week from January 23 to 27, along with almost 2,000 Lutheran schools nationwide. Our Savior’s Lutheran School is joining thousands of schools across the country as they celebrate National Lutheran Schools Week January 25-29. Activities throughout the week focus on the theme “Sent to Serve” as the students discovered more ways that they can serve in our world, country, community, and neighborhoods.
The American Legion Nels T. Wold Post 20 Auxiliary, presented the 4th graders at Our Savior’s Lutheran School with patriotic rulers on Tuesday, December 1. The rulers have the presidents, the Pledge of Allegiance, and flags on them.
