NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GIVES PEAK WIND GUSTS FROM WEDNESDAY THUNDER STORMS

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has updated the peak wind gusts from the severe thunderstorm that moved through the area on Wednesday night.  The strongest peak gust was 64 miles per hour at the Grand Forks weather station.  The Grand Forks Air Force base reported a gust of 59 miles per hour.
