CROOKSTON HIGH SCHOOL ONE-ACT FINISHES 2ND AT SECTIONS

The Section 8A One-Act play competition was held at Kittson Central High School on Saturday and Bagley High School, once again, won the competition.  Director Marilyn Hood and students performed a play titled “Journey to the World’s Edge”. Bagley will now advance to the State OAP competition at St. Catherine University, St. Paul next week.

CROOKSTON GIRL’S GOLF FINISH SIXTH AT THE FERGUS FALLS MEET

The Crookston Pirate Girl’s Golf team shot a 369 and finished sixth out of seven teams at the Fergus Falls Invitational at the Pebble Lake Golf Course in Fergus Falls.  Detroit Lakes won the meet with an impressive 308, 38 strokes better than Pequot Lakes.  Joslynn Leach led the Pirates with an 84.  Leach had
