UMC WOMEN’S BASKETBALL RECEIVES A VERBAL COMMITTMENT FROM AN IOWA JUCO PLAYER

The University of Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagle Women’s Basketball team received a verbal commitment from Abby Leach a 6’0 sophomore from North Iowa Area Community College.  She graduated from Forest Lake High School.  As a freshman at NIACC, Leach averaged 7 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist per game while shooting 37 percent from the field,
