UMC WOMEN’S BASKETBALL AT HOME FOR THE FIRST TIME IN NEAR A YEAR HOSTING NORTHERN STATE

The University of Minnesota Crookston Women’s Basketball squad will finally be at home this weekend when they host Northern State in a Northern Sun Conference weekend between the two. UMC is 0-2 in the conference and 0-4 overall after dropping a pair of conference games at MSU-Moorhead last weekend. Now the Golden Eagles get to play at their own court and sleep in their own bed and get that home cooking as they host the Wolves who have played only two games this season as they had games at Bemidji State last weekend postponed. Northern State is 1-1 over after a split with Wayne State back on New Years weekend and have been off as far as games for nearly two weeks. Game time at the Gary Senske Court in Lysaker Gym in Crookston is 5:30 PM this afternoon and the weekend finale will be at 1:30 PM tomorrow.
