The City of Crookston is working with Waste Management to address concerns from residents who did not receive recycling pickup services on Wednesday. Waste Management says it is currently investigating the issue on its end to determine why some recycling routes were missed.
City officials say Waste Management will return to Crookston on Friday to service the recycling bins that were not emptied. Waste Management uses an onboard tracking system to identify which homes did not receive recycling service, so residents do not need to report their addresses at this time.
