Tuesday, July 14, was the first day to file to run for the Crookston School Board. Three candidates submitted election packets on Tuesday.
There are three spots up for election in November: Patty Dillabough, Marcia Meine, and Tim Dufault.
Three newcomers filed on Tuesday, with Andrew Mendez, Brandan Hasby, and Elizabeth Murphy all filing to run for the school board.
To file for one of three openings for the Crookston School Board, stop by the Crookston School District Office on the east side of the Crookston High School, Monday through Friday, by 4:30 p.m. to file. Use door 10. The filing fee is $2, and you must file by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28.
The General Election is November 3, 2026.
