The Crookston Pirate Girls Track team finished third place out of 12 teams and the Pirate Boys finished sixth place out of 13 teams at the Park Rapids Panthers Invitational Meet in Park Rapids. Park Rapids won the girls division, edging Osakis by five points and the Park Rapids Boys won the boys division easily.
We received the results from Park Rapids at 9:00 a.m. this morning so the coaches are busy teaching their classes today and they were unavailable for comment when contacted, but we have the results below.
Some of the overall results have the wrong names of participants (we noticed the 400 meters had a few mistakes with Pirate names.)
