The Crookston Pirate Eighth grade Volleyball team finished second place at the Sacred Heart tournament on Saturday.
Crookston beat Climax-Fisher 3-0 and beat Stephen-Argyle 2-1 and lost to Goodridge-Grgyla 2-0 in the championship.
Members of the team are Cecelia Newquist, Peyton Senum, Ana Noyes, Kacey Fritz, Molly Workman, Lyla Oman, Emmagail Frantz, BelaNova Puente, Emma Pierson, Ava Oliver, Cora Prudhomme-Shane, and Morgan Boll. The team is coached by Lynnea Oman.
