The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday, September 21, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
Items on the consent agenda include the approval of minutes from the September 8 regular meeting, approval of bills and disbursements in the amount of $423,282.12, a resolution approving the State Airport Fund Grant Agreement CKN A6001-65-1061516, a resolution regarding payment to Gustafson & Goudge, Inc for the 2025 Hangar Construction for the Crookston Municipal Airport, and a resolution approving a temporary construction easement for the Broadway & Main Avenue ADA retrofit and concrete pavement repair project (Parcel 7).
The main agenda includes a resolution approving the amendment to the Midcontinent Communications Franchise Agreement and a resolution authorizing the purchase of a MATCO Tools Maximus 5.0 diagnostic scan tool.
Following the city council meeting, the Ways and Means Committee will meet in the council chambers. The only item on the agenda is a discussion on the preliminary levy for the 2027 fiscal year.
A special city council meeting will be held on Monday, September 28, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
