Katherine Geist Wins Bemidji Cross Country Meet

Crookston’s Katherine Geist won her 10th straight cross country meet of the season when she won the Bemidji Cross Country Invitational in Bemidji.  Katherine was first out of 80 runners with a time of 19:34, which was 23 seconds better than Perham’s Liz Birkeland.   Emily Gillette finished in 69th place with a time of 25:29.  […]

Pirate Swimmers Come Up Short In 3 Duals

The Crookston Pirate Girl’s Swim team came up short in all three “duals” with losses to Thief River Falls, Grand Forks Central and Grand Forks Red River in a quadrangular at the Crookston Community Pool.  The teams only swam once, but the times were taken and compared to the other teams for the “dual” scores.
