Jackie Wayne Stout, 86, of Crookston, MN, passed away early Friday, December 22, 2023, in RiverView Health in Crookston. The Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements for a Memorial Service that will be held at a later date. A complete obituary will be released the week of January 1st, 2024.
