ARREST/FIRE REPORT-SEPTEMBER 13

The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following- Devon Gene Halvorson, 32, of Detroit Lakes, for second-degree DUI and having an alcohol concentration above .10 within two hours of traffic stop. Jessica Luann Lewis, 37, of Winger, for fourth-degree DUI.

PARK RAPIDS SWIMS PAST THE CROOKSTON/FOSSTON/BAGLEY GIRLS SWIM TEAM

The Park Rapids Panthers swam their way to an easy 67-27 dual victory over the Crookston/Fosston/Bagley Seal Girls Swim team in a dual at the Fosston pool.  Crookston’s Chloe Boll won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 27.09, which was 68-hundredths of a second better than the runner-up.
