Crookston Wrestling’s Gavyn Hlucny wrestles finished 8th at Jackhamer Tourney in Pequot Lakes

The Crookston Pirate Wrestling team had eight wrestlers competing in the two-day Pequot Lakes Jackhammer tournament. Crookston finished 33rd out of 38 teams with 25 points. Staples-Motley won the tournament with 265.5 points, 84 points better than runner-up Hutchinson.Crookston’s top performer and only placer was Gavyn Hlucny. He finished eighth place at 152 pounds.
