The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers.
The meeting will begin with a public hearing regarding citizen input for proposed changes to the city’s alcohol ordinance.
The agenda will include the resolution regarding the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizen Participation Plan, and the application authorization. It will also include the resolution regarding the city of Crookston as the legal sponsor for the Small Cities Development Grant, the resolution regarding the approval of the new travel, lodging, meals, and necessary expense reimbursement policy, the resolution regarding CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP providing assistance with respect to the 2023 Audit preparations, procedures, and services. The final item on the agenda will be a discussion regarding submissions of material prior to City Council meetings.
The consent agenda will include the approval of minutes from the February 26 council meeting and the approval of bills and disbursements in the amount of $353,109.76. It will also include the resolution to accept a donation from the Crookston Baseball Association to the Crookston Parks and Recreation, the resolution regarding bank authority at United Valley Bank, and the resolution regarding bank authority at Bremer Bank.
