Susana Isaiah Padilla, 21, of Crookston, has pleaded not guilty to a pair of criminal sexual conduct charges in court this week. Padilla is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and third-degree criminal sexual conduct after he was accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was intoxicated. The first-degree charge has a mandatory 12-year minimum and 30-year maximum sentence. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for May 2.
