Polk County Public Health has resumed its foot care clinics. Foot care clinics provide low-cost foot care services to county residents to prevent foot problems for those unable to care for their own feet. Foot care clinics also provide education on the importance of personal foot hygiene, as well as assess clients with foot/toenail problems and refer them to primary medical providers and podiatrists when necessary.
The foot care clinic is available in Crookston the second and fourth Wednesday of each month and in East Grand Forks the first and third Wednesday of each month. To schedule an appointment in either Crookston or East Grand Forks call 218-281-3385. A foot care clinic is also offered in McIntosh the first and third Thursday of each month. To schedule an appointment in McIntosh, call 218-563-2010.
