The Crookston High School held its annual Color Wars Day on Thursday in honor of homecoming week. Each grade was assigned a color to wear and decorated their hallway and locker room area with balloons, streamers, and other items in the color assigned. The colors for each grade this year were: 6th grade-orange 7th grade-green
The senior class of 2024 at Crookston High School reigned supreme on Wednesday afternoon as they were crowned champions of the Powder Puff football series at Crookston High School. The Championship game final score showed the Seniors 38 and the Juniors 12. Other results included the Juniors winning a nail-biter vs. the Sophomores, scoring 30-24.
Crookston High School will be celebrating homecoming and all the weekday events this week from October 2 to October 6. The Coronation of the King and Queen will take place on Monday, October 2, at 1:00 p.m. in the Crookston High School Auditorium. On Wednesday morning, there was a “shouting match” reported at Crookston High School between students. The Crookston Police Department responded to the incident. The common procedure for altercations that happen within the school district is to notify the district School Resource Officer (S.R.O.) Don Rasicot.
