The City of Crookston, in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), is conducting a corridor study to evaluate existing conditions and potential improvements that could be made along Highway 2 (Broadway and Main Street) in downtown Crookston. Early Tuesday (April 19), the Polk County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Grand Forks County Dispatch who advised the Grand Forks Police Department was in pursuit of a vehicle that was coming into Polk County. Grand Forks units terminated their pursuit at the state line and the vehicle continued west on Polk County Road 9.
