The Crookston Pirate Wrestling team had five open weights out of the 13 spots in the lineup and lost both duals at the Badger/Greenbush-Middler River triangular. Crookston lost to BGMR 66-16 and lost to Roseau 54-18. CROOKSTON VS BGMR – Crookston had five open weights and started the match having to make up 30 points.

The Crookston Pirate Wrestling team traveled to Fosston to take on the Fosston/Bagley Brawlers, and Fosston/Bagley would get a strong 54-6 win.  CROOKSTON VS FOSSTON/BAGLEY – The match started with a back-and-forth battle at 107 pounds between Crookston’s Mauricio Arriaga and Fosston/Bagley’s Eli Prakonkham. COAUETTE FINISHES SECOND, HLUCNY FINISHES FOURTH AT THE MINNEWASKA TOURNAMENT

The Crookston Pirate Wrestling team competed at the Minnewaska Tournament. Five total wrestlers competed, and two of them finished in the top four.
