CROOKSTON WRESTLERS SENDING SIX TO STATE WRESTLING TOURNAMENT

The Crookston Pirate Wrestling team is sending six wrestlers to the Minnesota State High School League Class A Individual Wrestling tournament after they had five champions and won true second finish. CROOKSTON PIRATE WRESTLERS FALL TO FRAZEE IN SECTION SEMI’S

PIRATE WRESTLING EDGES BARNESVILLE, BOLL BREAKS CAREER WINS RECORD WITH 204

The Crookston Pirate Wrestling team won eight matches, including a big win from Senior Hunter Kresl at 195 pounds. At 220 pounds Ethan Boll won the 204th match of his career to break the Pirate wrestling career wins record of 203 held by Cody Weiland, to win the Section 8A quarterfinal match over the Barnesville
