The 33rd Annual Miss Crookston Scholarship Pageant was held Monday night at the Crookston High School auditorium. Halle Winjum, daughter of Chris and Leah Winjum, was crowned Miss Crookston 2023. The 2023 Miss Crookston Scholarship pageant will have a major change this year, with the competition being held on Monday, August 14, at 7:00 p.m. at the Crookston High School Auditorium. The change from the usual Friday to Monday is to allow the contestants to participate in as many Ox Cart Days Activities as possible.
