Polk County 4-H groups continue to celebrate National 4-H Week, which continues through Saturday, October 10. This week is an exciting time for 4-H’ers to review what they accomplished this past year.
The Polk County North Star 4-H Club has been busy this year with community service projects, 4-H Project Day, helping run the 4-H food stand at the Polk County Fair, and prepping backpack meals for elementary students with the Food Partner Challenge Grant.
They have decorated many areas around Crookston, and you can stop by any of these locations to learn what 4-H is all about. Locations include the storefront below the Crookston Eagles and display cases at Highland Elementary and Crookston High School.
Interested in joining 4-H? Please reach out to our local University of Minnesota Extension Office at 218-563-2465.
