UMC GOLDEN EAGLES CLUB HOCKEY SWEEPS ST. CLOUD STATE BY IDENTICAL 8-2 SCORES

The UMC Golden Eagles Club Hockey club made it a sweep at St. Cloud State scoring five goals in the second period on their way to an 8-2 win, the exact score they won last night. Fox Dodds (Jr-Watford City, N.D.) had two goals to lead the Golden Eagles while Anthony Foster (Fresh-Warroad) had one goal and three assists. UMC’s Jared Aamold (Jr-Breckenridge, N.D.) had 32 saves in the game while two St. Cloud State goalies combined for 52 saves.
UMC is 17-3 on the year and 11-3 in the WCCHA Conference. The Golden Eagles will be at Wisconsin-Eau Claire next Friday and Saturday. St. Cloud State is 9-10 on the year and 6-9 in the conference.
