UMC HAS 29 NAMED TO NSIC ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM

The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference announced that 740 student-athletes have earned NSIC All-Academic honors for the 2018 fall athletic season; 402 student-athletes were named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence, while 338 earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors.
To be eligible for the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence, a student-athlete
must have a 3.60 cumulative GPA or higher, while NSIC All-Academic Team members must have a 3.20 cumulative GPA or higher. Additionally, the student-athlete must be a member of the varsity traveling team, have reached sophomore athletic and academic standing at her/his institution (true freshmen, red-shirt freshmen, and ineligible athletic transfers are not eligible) and must have completed at least one full academic year at that institution.

The University of Minnesota Crookston had 29 student-athletes named to the All-Academic team with 14 football, 8 volleyball, and 7 soccer players. The list is below –
