ASPEN CHIROPRACTIC SET TO REOPEN WITH MODERN LOOK, FEEL AFTER REMODEL

Aspen Chiropractic will reopen on Monday, July 22 after more than two months of remodeling.  Dr. Craig Theede, who has owned the business for eight years, said it was a natural time to update a 100-year-old building. “I’ve been here eight years operating out of a building that is 100 years old,” said Theede.  “It was a natural time for us to want to remodel and redo things, so we jumped on a city grant and decided to rehab everything.”

The remodel took out six unused changing rooms and modernized the other facilities within the building. “There was an old x-ray room with a lead wall, photograph washing stations, and old equipment,” said Theede.  “We decided to remove that because I don’t use that personally.  I refer those to the experts.  We rehabbed to treatment rooms, a massage therapy room, and added a rehab bay.  We updated our bathroom to be disability compliant and opened up our front office to make it more welcoming and accommodating to our clients.”

Theede said he’s ready to get back to work and help people out again.  “It’s going to be rough and tough because I’ve been closed for about two months,” said Theede.  “Ready to jump back into things and eager to help people out again.”

Theede added there were a number of people he’d like to thank for making the remodel happen including the City of Crookston, City Administrator Shannon Stassen, Northwest Minnesota Multi-County HRA, Ken Buchanan, Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority, Craig Hoiseth, DeBoer Builders, American Federal Bank, Bill Anderson, Northern Lumber, NW Roofing Inc., Crookston Paint, Glass, and Flooring, Valley Electric, Grove Mechanical, HN Quality Plumbing, Dale Stainbrook, Warren Barstad, Garden Valley Technologies, Midco, and Norby’s Work Perks.
