The annual Ox Cart Days Taste of Crookston, sponsored by United Valley Bank of Crookston, was held at the Crookston Eagles Club on Monday night to officially kick off Ox Cart Days Week. 14 businesses, agencies, and individuals served delicious food, and desserts, to hundreds of happy attendees.
The People’s Choice winner was the UMC Teambackers with Chicken Wild Rice soup.

Grand Theatre – Popcorn with a choice of flavor
Happy Joes Pizza and Ice Cream Parlor – Baked chocolate chip cookie and apple pie dessert with ice cream
Holiday – Chocolate Chunk cookies
Irishman’s Shanty – Blarney cones, brownie pops, and Leprechaun juice
The Ranch (Minakwa Golf Course) – Chips with beer cheese sauce
Mercy Peterson – Chicken salad bowls with chips and salsa
UMC Teambackers – Chicken Wild Rice soup
Wonderful Life Foods – Chocolate Crinkle cookies and Kale Sausage Soup
