Staff from Tri-Valley Opportunity Council in Crookston walked all the way to Vegas… in steps!
In July, the Tri-Valley Wellness team hosted a Walking Challenge, and when combined, teams logged 2,848,464 steps, or approximately 1,424 miles, which is the equivalent of walking from Crookston to Las Vegas!
The Crookston Head Start team took first place with 296,160 steps! Team members included Sara (Home Visitor), Cynthia (Center Manager), and Scott (Community Assistance Programs Coordinator). They celebrated their win with fresh fruit and healthy snacks!
