The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following- Jordan Noah Avery, 24, of Crookston, for domestic assault and caused fear of immediate bodily harm to another. Danielle Jolynn Lowery, 19, no address listed, for third-degree drug possession. Dagan James Flom, 19, of Grand Forks, for third-degree drug possession.
