Dallas James Hatchard, 23, of Wadina, for third-degree DUI with one aggravating factor
Reyes Polendo, 65, of Crookston, for driving after license cancellarion- inimical to public safety
William Arnold Ranta, 55, of Ada, for probation violation
Graciela Stephanie Gutierrez, 36, arrested in East Grand Forks, for terroristic threats-cause or attempt to cause terror
Bobby James Newborn, 23, of Crookston, for disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting
